Hat box cake, jimmy choo shoes and chanel handbag. Waktu mula2 dpt order ni, berat jugak hati nak terima, tp demi menyahut cabaran, ambik jugak. Kali ni buat hat box cake guna buttercream cake pula, saja nk try.

My 1st hat box cake. This is for hantaran akad nikah. It's buttercake covered with fondant.
Nampak macam susah tp sebenarnya senang bangat. Dah lama mengidam nk buat kek ni. Finally, dapat jugak buat. Yahoo!! lega, puas hati..

How To Make A Royal Icing Tiara
|

Items Needed:
- Stiff consistency Royal Icing
- Tape
- Tupperware/round container
- tiara template
- plastic/parchment paper
- tip #2 or #3
1. Wrap your pattern/tiara template around the container. Tape the pattern in place, this ensures it doesnt slip later.
2. Tape the plastic/parchment paper over the pattern.
3. Start to pipe over your pattern making sure you have as many lines (touching each other to make it more sturdy.
4. Once you have piped over your pattern, allow it to dry at least 2 hours.
5. Pipe over the tiara again, allow to dry and repeat the process at least 3 layers to give it some strength for when you take it off of its container.
6. When completely dry, carefully remove the tape from the container and the plastic/parchment paper. Slide tiara carefully off. Peel back the wax paper.

Trifle Rinnchan
|
|
|
Trifle ni dpt dari fp rinnchan Mmg sedap. Dapat 2 bekas. Satu utk hantar kat jiran2, satu lg nk simpan utk ank2 balik asrama jumaat ni. Dah kena prepare awal2 sb cuti sekolah ni ramai ler ank2 angkat dtg. Pg2 lg kekawan dah sampai. Kekawan diaorg ni dari umur 8 thn - 15 thn. Time ni la bila masak mmg best. Gerenti licin.
TRIFLE RINCHAN
Top layer: peach jelly
2nd layaer: custard puding
3rd layer: chocolate swiss roll
4th layer: rich chocolate puding
bottom layer: strawberry swiss roll
Top layer: peach + instant jelly (11 gram)
2nd layer: Custard puding
250 ml ideal milk
250 ml water
100 gm castor sugar
4 Tbs custard powder
1 ts vanilla
3rd layer: Chocolater Swiss Roll
4th layer: Rich Chocolate Puding
1/2 cwn serbuk koko
1 cawan gula
1/2 cawan susu tepung
1/2 sudu teh garam
4 1/4 cawan air
4 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
3 sudu besar butter
1 paket serbuk agar2 (tanpa perisa)
Cara-cara:
1. Campurkan semua bahan kecuali butter dan kacau hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan butter, kacau hingga pekat.
3. Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam loyang atau acuan yang disukai

Buttercake(badan) and cholocatecake(kepala) wth buttercream icing. Mata and hidung guna sugarpaste. Hihi..dah lama mengidam nak buat kek ni. Yahoo..dapat jugak buat kek ni. Senang nak buat cuma takut nnt roboh kek ni. Harap2 bila hantar esk, kek masih elok lg. Skrg pun kek tu dah senget sb berat kat atas.
